ASD Pool Supply accepts returns on most items (excluding electrical components) that are new, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
If your product is not working properly, please contact our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase at 830-303-2938 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Our team can often help troubleshoot and resolve issues. If the item is determined to be defective, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
Replacement products will be shipped after we receive and inspect the defective item. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special orders, as well as electrical parts and motors, are non-returnable.
