ASD Pool Supply will accept return on any
item in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund less shipping charge and a
re-stocking charge of 20%.
If your product is not functioning properly, please call
our Technical Support Department as soon as possible
(but not later than 30 days from purchase) at
1-800-910-2938 during regular business hours Mon-Fri
9:00AM. – 6:00PM CST. In most instances, our highly
skilled Technical Support representatives can assist you
in diagnosing and resolving your product problems.
However, in instances, a product is defective, we will
replace the product with an even exchange of the same
item, subject to in-stock availability.
Replacement items ship the same day the defective item
is received and inspected by our Returns Department.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to ship back
to ASD Pool Supply. Custom and Special orders, electrical parts and motors
may not be returned.
