We recommend obtaining insurance on all packages sent to us. For pool cleaners we can not do a complete diagnosis without your power supply. If you choose not to send in your power supply, we can not guarantee that the repairs we make will correct all the problems you are having if you have additional problems with your power supply. Please do not send the caddy or cart with the unit.

Once we receive your equipment, we will compare the contents and condition with the contents and condition listed on the form and call you if there is any damage not listed or items that are not in the package.

If you do need to send us your unit, We strive to provide you with the quickest and best quality service available. We know how important your equipment is to you. After receiving your unit we will preform a complete diagnosis and email or call you as soon as we can give you the diagnosis. We will not make any repairs to your unit until we have received your approval.  For the quickest service possible  please fill in the form below and submit it to us before sending it in.

If you need service for your unit, give us a call at 830-303-2938.  For pool cleaners sometimes we can diagnose your problem over the phone and get you the parts you need shipped out to you that same day.  If you already have the parts you need but need a little help with installing them please visit our Do-It-Yourself Repair Center for detailed instructions on installing your part. All Palintest repairs would need to be sent in for service.
