  3. We know how important your pool cleaner is to you and as soon as we receive your unit we will start the diagnostic process, and call or email as soon as we can give you the diagnosis.
  4. Receive an estimate for repairs. Decide if you would like the unit to be repaired before it is returned. Or possably negotiate a trade in.
  5.  Fee Includes: Two way freight plus bench fee. No additional fee will be due unless unit is repaired.

Shipping Policy

 ASD Pool Supply ships most products via UPS ground and USPS standard mail. If the buyer chooses UPS shipments can be made using other means other than UPS ground. Please keep in mind that 3-Day means 3 business days, 2-Day means 2 business days, and Next-Day means next business day. The delivery times are from when the item is shipped not when the order is placed. Allow up to 24-48 hours from the order date for your order to be processed and shipped. When ASD Pool Supply offers free shipping on purchased products ASD Pool Supply reserves the right to ship the product by the shipper of their choice. We do use other carriers depending on the item.


Shipping to PO Boxes:

We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please make sure you ship to a physical address so we can get your order shipped out right away.


International Shipping

 Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. 


Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

ASD Pool Supply accepts returns on most items, excluding electrical components, that are in new, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase at 1-830-303-2938 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Our support team can often help diagnose and resolve issues. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.

Replacement items will be shipped the once we receive and inspect the defective product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special orders, as well as electrical parts and motors, are not eligible for return.
