Pooltest 9, 10 And 25 End Of Life Announcement
Palintest are pleased to announce the launch of our new multi parameter photometer, Lumiso Pooltest Expert, effective 7th of April 2022.
The next generation photometer will replace our current benchtop photometer range which will be discontinued on the 30th of June 2022. This discontinuation includes the Pooltest 9, 10 and 25 products and kits. Please see list of part codes discontinued, and the new product alternative in appendix below.
Palintest will continue to support all the discontinued products until the 31st of December 2024. This includes; servicing, calibration, accessories and standards. We would like to sincerely thank you for your custom and we trust you will continue to enjoy the benefits of choosing Palintest with our new photometers.

Shipping Policy
ASD Pool Supply primarily ships products via UPS Ground and USPS Standard Mail. If a buyer selects UPS as the preferred carrier, alternative UPS services may be used beyond standard ground shipping.

International Shipping
ASD Pool Supply offers overseas shipping. For international orders, please contact us via email at customerservice@asdpoolsupply.com or call us at 830-303-2938 during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
ASD Pool Supply accepts returns on most items, excluding electrical components, that are in new, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase at 1-830-303-2938 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Our support team can often help diagnose and resolve issues. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.
Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the defective product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special orders, as well as electrical parts and motors, are not eligible for return.
