Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

ASD Pool Supply accepts returns on most items, excluding electrical components, that are in new, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase at 1-830-303-2938 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Our support team can often help diagnose and resolve issues. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.
Replacement items will be shipped once we receive and inspect the defective product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special orders, as well as electrical parts and motors, are not eligible for return.
