Use between Handle Bracket and Cotter Ring inside most Handle Assemblies 

Use to fasten Clevis Pin inside the Handle Bracket of most units.

Aluminum, 3/16"  

Used to seal 2-wire connections

Used on all units within wheel or wheel tube.

3/4" long stainless steel. Used in the end of the Drive Motor shaft, use Lok-Tite when installing.

10-32, 7/8" Phil Pan Head

(White Plastic) Two are needed for the Remote Control unit, only one is needed for the Aquabot Turbo Solo. This also goes for the Aquamax RC/Solo units. The T4 requires two.

Used with #2500 Screw against the Body Assembly to fasten the Back Plate Block to the Body Assembly.

Used to fasten Clamp & Piston on the Sideplate of a standard unit.

Used to fasten Clamp and Piston on the Sideplate of a Model "G" unit.

Plastic, cylinder used between Plate Block and Body Assembly. Used on Aquabot Turbo Solo, Aquabot Turbo RC, AquabotT4 and all Aquamax RC/Solo Units.

Grey Plastic, wide, used to fasten piston to the sideplate. Used on Aquabot Turbo Solo, Aquabot Turbo RC and all Aquamax RC/Solo Units.

Single, no Gate, 2-wire, for units with 1-piston.

Tan belts. If you are changes your drive belts, we also suggest replacing your #51-Bushings and inspect your #58-Drive Pulley for wear. Any wear in these items can cause slack in your drive belts and reduce their longevity. We also suggest installing a belt tensioner device to take up any slack in your belts.

Beige Supports Drive Belts, installs on the upper Sideplate leg. In 2004, Aqua Products switched to the Beige Stepped Sleeve Roller, which is slightly thicker than the white ones. This change helps the belts stay tighter, which helps prevent abnormal wear. If you have an older unit we suggest upgrading to the beige rollers. Each unit has 2 #56. Stepped Sleeve Rollers.

White Plastic, 1/4" Hole, 2 notches.

Used to fasten the Screws of the Lock-Tabs to the Body Assembly.

Hex, Nylon Insert. For fastening the screws of the Anti-Roll Brackets. On the T4, used to attach screws of the Clamp and attach it to the Sideplate.

Plastic, White. Not required on most units. Set of 4.

Top and bottom, glue ring to Body Assembly with PVC Glue.

Helps to take the curls out of the power cord.

Used to attach the side plate to the body assembly. On the T4, used to fasten the clamps around the DC pump to the Plate Block. On the T2, used to fasten drive motor to the body assembly.

Used to fasten the heat shrink part of the 2-wire cable to the Handle Assembly.

Used to fasten the foam insulated part of a 2-wire cable to the Handle Assembly.

For fastening the non-foam-insulated part of a 4-wire cable to the Body Assembly.

For fastening the foam-insulated part of a 2-wire cable to the Body Assembly.

For fastening the non-foam-insulated part of a 2-wire cable to the Body Assembly.

Standard Red, 3-wire. Always unplug unit before working on electrical system.

(3-pin, male, 2-wire) Aquabot, Turbo, Storm, Tempo, Turbo T, T2 Always unplug unit before working on electrical system!

White Foam Blocks. These are inserted into the bottom lid if the unit is not climbing high enough. (The H-Float must be installed in order to install the Side Pocket Floats)

Foam, Plastic and screws. This float gets fastened to bottom lid if cleaner is not climbing the wall high enough.

Used to fasten the 5300/5301 Filter Screen to the Body Assembly.
