Durable, long-lasting Arctic Armor covers are strong enough to support your entire family, yet light enough to put on or remove from your pool in five minutes or less. Arctic Armor covers are made of super-strong two-ply mesh with a break strength of over 4,000 lbs. During use, the cover is held in place with brass anchors. These anchors recess flush with the deck when the cover is not in use. Rest assured that your children and pets are protected from accidental drowning. In addition to its safety features, Arctic Armor affords excellent winter protection for your pool. Its fine, lightweight mesh allows rain to seep through but screens out leaves and debris. Spring clean up is a snap because no water collects on the cover. The cover comes complete with brass anchors, stainless-steel springs, installation tool and storage bag. Shipping Policy

 ASD Pool Supply ships most products via UPS ground and USPS standard mail. If the buyer chooses UPS shipments can be made using other means other than UPS ground. Please keep in mind that 3-Day means 3 business days, 2-Day means 2 business days, and Next-Day means next business day. The delivery times are from when the item is shipped not when the order is placed. Allow up to 24-48 hours from the order date for your order to be processed and shipped. When ASD Pool Supply offers free shipping on purchased products ASD Pool Supply reserves the right to ship the product by the shipper of their choice. We do use other carriers depending on the item.


Shipping to PO Boxes:

We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please make sure you ship to a physical address so we can get your order shipped out right away.

 Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

ASD Pool Supply accepts returns on most items, excluding electrical components, that are in new, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

If your product is not functioning correctly, please contact our Technical Support Department within 30 days of purchase at 1-830-303-2938 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). Our support team can often help diagnose and resolve issues. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.

Replacement items will be shipped the once we receive and inspect the defective product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom and special orders, as well as electrical parts and motors, are not eligible for return.
